By accessing this website and placing an order, we assume you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. Do not continue to use Car Glow Studio if you do not agree to all the terms and conditions stated on this page.

General Conditions

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card and financial information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

Products and Pricing

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product without notice.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

Orders, Cancellations, and Billing Accuracy

Customer Cancellations: As explicitly stated in our Refund Policy, all sales are final. Once an order is successfully placed on our website, it cannot be canceled by the customer under any circumstances.
Cancellations by Car Glow Studio: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us at our sole discretion. We may cancel an order for various reasons, including but not limited to product unavailability (out of stock), damages or defects identified during pre-dispatch quality checks, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
Refunds for Merchant Cancellations: If we cancel your prepaid order from our end, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within the standard business days as determined by the payment gateway provider.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

Shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD)

We provide free standard shipping across India.
Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours.
For COD orders, we require verbal or written confirmation from the customer before dispatching the order. Failure to confirm may result in the order being placed on hold or canceled at our discretion.

Refunds and Replacements

Purchases made on Car Glow Studio are strictly non-refundable for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect order placement by the customer.
Refunds or replacements are only applicable for damaged or incorrect items delivered to you, subject to mandatory unboxing video proof within 48 hours of delivery.
If a customer-initiated refund is approved (for damaged/incorrect items), a 3% payment gateway charge will be deducted from the total amount. (Note: This deduction does not apply if Car Glow Studio cancels the order prior to dispatch).

Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms and Conditions, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

For any unlawful purpose.
To solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
To submit false or misleading information.

Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Car Glow Studio, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rajkot, Gujarat.
