Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

For orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD), we prioritize order verification to ensure a smooth delivery process:

Dispatch Trigger: Your order will only be dispatched after we receive confirmation from you. Please ensure your contact details are accurate so we can reach you without delay.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that unforeseen circumstances like bad weather or courier issues may cause slight delays beyond our control.

Shipment Tracking

Damages and Issues During Transit

We take great care in packaging your products safely. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund and Replacement Policy. It is mandatory to provide an unboxing video as proof to initiate any damage-related claims within 48 hours of delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Car Glow Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or invalid addresses provided by the customer at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order.
